Tom Muscarella
Chief Financial Officer
Tom serves as Zeal’s Chief Financial Officer responsible for providing financial reports and analysis of the Management company and GP, and liaison with our fund administrators, Carta, with respect to communicating financial information to LPs. In his role as CFO, he manages the books and records, operations, and provides support to the broader team as needed.
Tom has over 35 years of financial experience, including senior management positions in Venture Capital, with traditional asset management firms, and with Big 4 public accounting firms. His accounting, finance and operations expertise is valuable in managing the day-to-day operations the Kranz Venture Capital practice. His extensive experience with workflow analysis, process improvement activities, systems developments and project management bring valuable expertise to Zeal.
