About the Scout Program
In addition to our $50M pre-seed investment vehicle, $5 million has been carved out to power our BPI Venture Scout Program, the most differentiated component of our investment platform. The Scout Program expands Zeal’s sourcing power, embeds domain and operational expertise directly into our investment process, and amplifies the value we deliver to portfolio companies.
Over a 12-month period, each Scout will deploy capital across a curated set of early-stage companies. Scouts participate in Zeal Masterclass, a structured learning experience covering sourcing strategies, due diligence, investment memo writing, and post-investment value creation. The modules are led by the Zeal team alongside seasoned investors and operators across our network.
Our impact is twofold: (1) build credible track records for emerging investors, and (2) create wealth-building opportunities for the next generation of investors and entrepreneurs, ensuring the innovation economy is powered by a more inclusive investor base.
Scouts gain real-world investing experience while actively supporting Zeal’s core investment team and founders across the Zeal and BPI portfolios with their operating and domain expertise.
